CANCELLATION

To ensure that all our patients have access to timely appointments, we kindly request that you adhere to our cancellation policy.

• To confirm your appointment, please make the payment within 2 hours after booking; otherwise, the slot may be offered to other patients

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time 

• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of Rs 100, with the remaining amount being refunded

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of an emergency, please let us know, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
